USB-C & Q port total output 3.5A Max on 5V normal state;
USB-C port will disable output while Quick charge 3.0/2.0 active of Q port.

c. Light off : USB-C Port no output when Quick Charge3.0/2.0 active of Q port or
USB-C port without connected with loading device
B. Q port’s Quick Charge 3.0/2.0 indicator :
a. Light Green: on Normal state 5V OUT
